How It Works

The TODO List uses your browser's localStorage to save tasks automatically. No data leaves your machine and no account is required — your tasks persist even after closing the browser tab.

Managing Tasks

Type a task and press Enter or click Add. Click the checkbox to mark a task as complete. Click a task's text to edit it inline. Drag tasks to reorder them. Use the filter tabs to view all, active, or completed tasks.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Press Enter in the input to add a task. Press Enter or Escape while editing a task to save changes.

Embed This Util

You can embed this util on your own site as a widget. Adding ?embed=1 to the URL loads a compact version with just the tool itself; no header, menu, or documentation. Paste this snippet into your HTML:
